100% of the purchase price of this painting will be donated to Lifeline Christian Mission to support the families and children devastated by the earthquake in Jan. 2010. This painting was inspired by a photo of Matilde taken by my Aunt Linda on a recent Haiti Mission. When I told her I wanted to paint Matilde she said "Matilde has been with Lifeline from the beginning-about 30 years or so and is highly respected within her community...Good choice" It is Created with watercolor pencil and will be sold unframed on Acid Free 9x12 110lb paper for acrylic and watercolor. It is available for Sale in my Etsy store which has finally re-opened today. I will be adding new items daily. Woohoo!
