Tackle Box Paint Pallet

The Rileyman always wants to paint when I am painting. The problem is, he always pours out way to much paint and then all our paint gets dried up and wasted way too fast. I found this empty little tackle box laying around the house and decided use it for a paint pallet.

It holds the perfect amount of paint in each compartment and Riley was able to use the lid to mix colors.

When he was all done painting, we just closed the lid and the paints stayed fresh for next time.

We love our new tackle box paint pallet.

Dirt Road Anthem

Where have I been?

I have been driving about 2 MPH behind this crazy kid on a dirt road.

Admiring the scenery.

While he hunts for frogs, lizards and toads.

As if he didn't have enough critters already.

Yet he still insist that I follow behind him the entire length of the drive out at McNabb farm every time we leave.

I'm thinkin' it's half his desire to look for critters and half his desire to never EVER leave the farm.

What's that? Is that the end of the drive up ahead?

Hello sir, are you headed into town?

"Yes'm. May I hitch a ride please?"

So that's what I have been doing.
Day and Night.

Chillin' on a dirt road.

With memory lane up in the headlights.

We'll be reminiscing all these good times.

On Easy Street with mud tires.

Oh hello sir, you need to hitch a ride again?

"Yes'm. Me and my toad that is.
